The Jonas Brothers are breaking up, reports People magazine. The report comes just a few weeks after the group said it was canceling its tour because of a "deep rift within the band," the story says.
Kevin Jonas told the publication, "It’s over for now." Joe Jonas added that the decision was "unanimous." The breakup comes after Nick Jonas told his brothers he had concerns about the group’s future.
"I was feeling kind of trapped," Nick said, according to the story. "I needed to share my heart with my brothers."
The Jonas Brothers were featured in Disney Channel’s "Camp Rock," and later starred in "Jonas L.A.," a Disney Channel series that aired for two seasons.
