"The Voice" producer Mark Burnett has sold a new series to TNT, according to TheWrap.com. The website reports that the show, a cooking competition, has the working title "On the Menu."

The new series has a 10-episode order, and follows sister network TBS’s order for another reality show from Burnett, called, "Trust Me, I’m a Game Show Host."

"On the Menu" is described as the first cooking competition show that will allow viewers to taste the dishes, the piece says. Each episode will track a different food business, such as dining chains and concession stands, which will then put the dishes on their menus.

“The winning dish will immediately go on the menu, giving viewers at home the chance to go try the dish the very next day," TNT said.

“We are excited to offer the viewer at home a unique opportunity to actually be part of our series,” Burnett said. “To be able to taste the winning dish the next day brings the series tangibly into the viewer’s own life experience.”
