An "American Idol" champion was held at gunpoint and robbed in a home invasion early today. Us Magazine reports that the Fox competition show's season 10 winner, Scotty McCreery, was a victim of a home invasion at an apartment complex in Raleigh, N.C., near the campus of North Carolina State, where McCreery is a student.

"According to the AP, Raleigh Police officers were called to the apartment — located about a mile from the school's campus — at around 2 in the morning. According to police, three armed gunmen broke into the home and stole items from the victims, including their wallets, cash, electronics, and more," the story reports.

On a 911 call released by police, a caller can reportedly be heard telling the 911 operator: "They took everything we have." The unidentified caller also says of the incident: "They were like, 'Get down. Get on the floor and give us everything you got.'"

Reportedly, no one was injured in the incident.

"Country singer McCreery, who was raised in the town of Garner, North Carolina, rose to fame in 2011 when he won 'Idol,'" the report notes. "Since winning the reality series, McCreery has released three smash albums and gone on tour with country megastar Brad Paisley. In 2013, McCreery headlined his very first tour, and the talent plans to proceed with his second, 'See You Tonight,' this summer."

McCreery is reportedly a college sophomore.
