“The Price Is Right” is holding a national search for a male model, with casting calls in several cities including Los Angeles and Boston, reports the Los Angeles Times’ Show Tracker.

Wannabe models can also submit auditions online. Semifinalists will be picked for additional rounds, including interviews and taping a Web competition series, the story adds.

“Three finalists will be revealed on CBS’s ‘The Talk,’ after which fans can vote for their favorite, with the grand prize winner to be announced on the long-running game show, hosted by Drew Carey, in December,” the piece adds.

However, the “Price Is Right” job is only for a week, and the winner won’t necessarily win a permanent role. The show hired its first male model two years ago when it tapped Rob Wilson for the role, although he left the show in April, the story adds.
