“The CW Network has picked up eight of its current series for the 2015-2016 season, it was announced [Sunday, Jan. 11, 2015] by Mark Pedowitz, President, The CW.”

The announcement continued, “In essence, The CW picked up all of the scripted series form its Fall 2014 schedule to next season.”

“The series being ordered for the 2015-2016 season include ‘Arrow’ (season 4), ‘Jane the Virgin’ (season 2), ‘Reign’ (season 3, ‘Supernatural’ (season 11), ‘The 100’ (season 3), ‘The Flash’ (season 2), ‘The Originals’ (season 3) and ‘The Vampire Diaries’ (season 7).

Dates for next season’s premieres were not announced, and some of the shows will be held for mid-season or later.
