A television news interview was interrupted suddenly by a nearby explosion that sent a manhole cover flying more than 200 feet into the air.

The Huffington Post reports that an underground electrical fire was blamed for the blast in Buffalo, N.Y. The incident took place while a news crew for WGRZ-TV was conducting an interview about the evacuation of two nearby buildings.

The evacuation had been ordered because smoke was seen pouring out of manholes in the area. No one was injured by the flying manhole cover, according to the report.
