One broadcast network news division has declared that it’s the only one with every major broadcast beating last year’s numbers in total viewership. CBS News announced the achievement today.

“The division’s unwavering commitment to original reporting around the country and around the globe has attracted new viewers to CBS News broadcasts, including the ‘CBS Evening News with Scott Pelley’ (up +3% in viewers); ’60 Minutes’ (up +2%); ‘Face the Nation’ (up +5%); ‘CBS This Morning’ (up + 10%); ‘CBS Sunday Morning with Charles Osgood’ (up +1%); ’48 Hours’ (up +9%) and ‘CBS This Morning: Saturday’ (up +9%),” the announcement notes.
