Singer Demi Lovato has her plans booked for the Halloween season, and one TV channel is pretty excited about it. ABC Family announced that it has hooked up with Lovato to spice up its annual “13 Nights of Halloween” programming event.
Lovato’s new hit single “Confident” will be in the mix on the cable channel, featured in a series of interstitials airing from Monday, Oct. 26, to Friday, Oct. 30.
“13 Nights of Halloween,” in its 17th year, has already gotten under way, kicking off Monday, Oct. 19, and will run through to Saturday, Oct. 31. The channel is featuring a special Halloween episode of the procedural “Stitchers.”
“The stunt will also include the ABC Family premiere of Johnny Depp in ‘Sleepy Hollow,’ the network premiere of ‘Disney∙Pixar’s Monsters University’ and a delightfully scary mix of Halloween-themed programming airing for the 13 nights leading up to Halloween,” the channel said in an announcement.
ABC Family will rebrand as Freeform in January, as we reported previously.
