In the least surprising news of the week so far, the most pirated TV series of 2015 was HBO’s “Game of Thrones.” TorrentFreak, which conducts the annual survey, reports that the fantasy series won the “coveted” title for the fourth year in a row.

“Thrones” distanced itself from the competition by a wide margin, with an estimated 14.4 million downloads via BitTorrent, more than double the total of 6.9 million for the No. 2 show on the list, “The Walking Dead.”

Rounding out the Top 10: “The Big Bang Theory” at No. 3, with 4.4 million downloads; “Arrow,” No. 4, 3.9 million; “The Flash,” No. 5, 3.6 million; “Mr. Robot,” No. 6, 3.5 million; “Vikings,” No. 7, 3.3 million; “Supergirl,” No. 8, 3.0 million; “The Blacklist,” No. 9, 2.9 million; “Suits,” No. 10, 2.6 million.
