In a story that has been getting a lot of attention over the past few days, a woman working as a cashier unexpectedly connected with the biological father she had been wondering about all her life.

The connection happened when a homeless man handed his food stamps ID to Post Falls, Idaho, cashier Shoshannah Hensley, 23. The homeless man turned out to be her long-lost father.
