National TV Academy Announces Winners of Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards

The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences has announced the winners of the 43rd annual Daytime Creative Arts Emmy Awards — please click here to see the full list.

The awards were presented at a gala ceremony last week at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles. PBS led the way with 15 awards, followed by CBS with 11. Syndicated programming took eight trophies, and Netflix brought home seven, followed by ABC with six and Amazon with four.

Presenters included Toni Tennille, Anson Williams, Dawn Wells, Gordon Elliott and Jeff Corwin.

“Tonight’s gala is a tribute to the hundreds of nominees that work tirelessly behind the scenes to make Daytime television sparkle with the most sophisticated combination of genres and personalities on the planet,” said Bob Mauro, President, NATAS.  “With over 1,400 in attendance, and our Lifetime Achievement honoree going to the vocal-magician Frank Welker, it is a great evening for Daytime television!”
