A past winner on “So You Think You Can Dance” could get decade or more in state prison after being charged with domestic violence, Variety reports.

Joshua Allen, who won season four of the Fox dance competition back in 2008, reportedly faces two felony counts. He’s accused of willfully injuring his girlfriend after a prior conviction, along with assault with a deadly weapon.

“According to the authorities, Allen was convicted of injuring his girlfriend in January, and was issued a criminal protective order that kept him from communicating with her,” Variety reports. “The prosecutors allege that Allen assaulted and strangled the same woman a few months later, on April 13, and attacked her again on June 19.”

Allen allegedly “threw a glass vase at another woman who was trying to help the victim,” the report notes.
