A political comedy executive produced by Fox News Channel host Megyn Kelly has received a series order from Verizon. Deadline.com reports that Verizon’s Go90 ordered six episodes of “Embeds.”

“The series tells the story of five young reporters who are in way over their heads as they find themselves shaping the future of the country through raucous adventures in an unexpected world of sex, drugs and swing states on the presidential campaign trail,” the story reports.

Casting is under way, with producers hoping to get the first episode on the air by Election Day, the story reports. The show was created by Scott Conroy and Peter Hamby, with Todd Waldman on board as showrunner.
