Bob Dylan’s Nobel Lecture in Literature, delivered to complete his requirements for being awarded the Nobel Prize, was released in its entirety today. You can play it below.

In the lecture, recorded Sunday in Los Angeles, Dylan reflects on his musical roots and the relationship of his music to literature.

Dylan skipped the official Nobel ceremony in Stockholm, but did travel to the city to meet with representatives of the Nobel organization. He’s the first musician to be honored with the Nobel Prize in Literature.
