A+E Networks announced today that it has appointed a new Vice President of Editorial for Lifetime, naming Faye Penn to the post. The announcement was made by Lea Goldman, Editor-in-Chief, Lifetime, Lifetime Movies and FYI, to whom Penn will report.

“As Vice President, Editorial, Penn will help develop innovative and award-winning digital content across Lifetime, as well as A+E Networks’ female-focused brands Lifetime Movies and FYI, to further establish these brands’ authority as the preeminent voice for women across the media landscape,” the announcement notes.

Adds Goldman: “Faye is a brilliant idea machine deft at thinking broadly about content. It’s not just about what you make, but where it lives and how it’s distributed. She is a digital native with a deep understanding of content and how to amplify it.”
