Police in Los Angeles opened an investigation into an alleged sexual assault by action star Steven Seagal, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Multiple women, including Jenny McCarthy, have come forward and alleged they were sexually harassed or assaulted by the ‘Under Siege’ actor,” THR reports. “The actress and former Playboy model recalled in November on a SiriusXM radio show a 1995 audition for ‘Under Siege 2’ where she says Seagal tried to make her get naked even though the script called for no nudity. Seagal has denied the claim.”

The report notes that Seagal was first accused of misconduct and harassment by “Inside Edition” correspondent Lisa Guerrero, while Portia de Rossi and Julianna Margulies have also spoken out against him.

Details about the LAPD investigation were not available.
