A former contestant on ABC’s “The Bachelorette” is suing a producer and her studio alleging assault, fraud and emotional distress, according to a report by TMZ.

“Chad Johnson — best known as the villain on JoJo’s season of ‘The Bachelorette’ — was breaking into the movie biz, but he claims he got screwed over by a producer because he wouldn’t screw her,” TMZ reports.

Johnson, who has also appeared on “Bachelor in Paradise,” “Famously Single” and other programs, is reportedly suing Sunset Studios and producer Cristina Cimino.

“According to the docs … she used her power to lure Chad into several in-person meetings, phone calls and thousands of texts, which he says became ‘progressively more sexual and provocative,'” TMZ reports. “Chad claims he wanted to keep things professional and made this known to Cimino, and she originally obliged by offering him gigs in 2 movies — for an $11 million payday.”

But Johnson alleges in the lawsuit that Cimino was just scheming to “exert control over” him, TMZ reports, adding that “once he insisted he didn’t want to get sexual or romantic with her … she pulled the movie roles.”

The report also cites racy text messages Johnson says Cimino sent to him.

Here’s a compilation of Johnson’s clips from “The Bachelorette” …
