Actor Vince Vaughn has been hit with three charges after being arrested earlier this summer for an alleged DUI. The New York Post’s Page Six reports that Vaughn faces up to 360 days in jail if convicted.

“The 48-year-old ‘Wedding Crashers’ star was hit with misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, driving with .08 percent blood alcohol content or higher, and refusing to comply with a peace officer or to submit to an inspection for the June bust in California, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office said,” The Post reports.

The report notes that Vaughn was arrested June 10 after he was stopped at a sobriety checkpoint in Manhattan Beach, Calif.

“The star, who was with a male passenger at the time, was allegedly repeatedly asked to get out of his vehicle, but he refused, according to prosecutors,” The Post reports. “Vaughn was ultimately detained and arrested — and then later released after posting bail.”

Vaughn is due to be arraigned Monday in L.A. County Superior Court.
