The daily entertainment news talk show “Access Live” has a new co-host, with the announcement that Scott Evans has been promoted to the job. Evans is senior correspondent for the nationally syndicated daily entertainment news program “Access.”

Evans joins Natalie Morales and Kit Hoover as co-hosts of “Access Live.”

“From his very first day at ‘Access,’ Scott has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team,” said Rob Silverstein, executive producer of “Access” and “Access Live.” “His talent, dynamic personality and ability to connect with A-level celebrities make his full-time addition to the ‘Access Live’ family seamless. It’s a well-deserved promotion.”

The announcement adds: “Since joining ‘Access’ as a correspondent in 2015, Evans has covered major red carpet and entertainment events all over the country, particularly New York and Los Angeles. He has interviewed some of biggest names in film, television, sports and music, including Oprah Winfrey, Denzel Washington, Kobe Bryant, Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Mariah Carey, Will Smith and Heidi Klum. Evans’ on-screen talent has translated to additional opportunities and he can be seen hosting the upcoming third season of NBC’s ‘World of Dance.'”
