The heated language used by a newly sworn-in lawmaker is getting a lot of attention after the lawmaker, Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich., called for the impeachment of Donald Trump, saying, “We’re gonna go in and impeach the motherf–ker.”

Tlaib, the first Palestinian-American woman to be sworn in to Congress, has become a hot topic on the news channels after making the statement.

Here’s some of the discussion on CNN …

  1. Now it’s okay to be a racist.

  2. The unfortunate thing is that a woman with her background has finally gotten to Congress and the first thing she proposes is to bring down the President. There are so many things that she could be standing for that could really help female minorities from immigrant families, but her number one concern is to bring down the President.

    • Or maybe she can have many priorities. That not something you can do?

  3. Considering that Trump uses all sorts of hate filled language to attack his opponents…and people tsk, tsk this lawmaker. I say good for her by getting into this ready to take on a toddler President who for a long time now has needed to be put into a corner for a well deserved time out.
