The results are now in from USA Today’s 31st annual Super Bowl Ad Meter poll. USA Today says tens of thousands people voted.
Writes the paper, “The New England Patriots won the game, but the NFL won the night.
“The National Football League [commercial] finished first in USA Today’s Ad Meter, a ranking of Super Bowl ads by consumer rating.”
Here are best ten Super Bowl commercials, per Ad Meter:
1. NFL – The 100 Year Game. Rating: 7.69
2. Amazon Alexa – Not Everything Makes the Cut. Rating: 7.34
3. Microsoft – We All Win. Rating 7.07
4. Hyundai – The Elevator. Rating 7.05
5. Verizon – The Coach Who Wouldn’t Be Here. Rating 6.95
6. M&Ms – Bad Passengers. Rating 6.51
7. Bubly – Michael Bublé vs. bubly. Rating 6.43
8. Budweiser – Wind Never Felt Better. Rating 6.41
9. Google – 100 Billion Words. Rating 6.39
10. Audi – Cashew. Rating 6.38
The much talked about Bud Light/HBO – Game of Thrones spot only ranked No. 16 in the Ad Meter poll.
