Howard Stern Unleashes Tirade Against Talk Show Host

A war of words has broken out between two media figures, with Howard Stern unleashing a stream of expletives aimed at talk show host Wendy Williams.

Stern erupted after a caller to his SiriusXM radio show mentioned that Williams had brought him up on her daytime show. TheWrap reports that Stern noted he has “very thin skin” and said, “Lemme hear this and I’m gonna say some s–t I’m gonna regret. I know it.”

Stern later played audio of Williams’ comments, and went off after she referred to him as a “Hollywood insider.” TheWrap quotes Stern saying: “What a c–t. What a f–king bug-eyed c–t. F–k you. You heard me. F–k off, c–t.”

In the segment that set him off, Williams discussed Stern’s upcoming book, “Howard Stern Comes Again.” She was mostly supportive, including encouraging viewers to buy the book. But she also said: “Howard is so Hollywood right now … and Howard, I love you, but since you’ve gone Hollywood, everything that you say is so predictable. Every story is going to be about, oh, I love this one, and then we went on their yacht. And he’s a Hollywood insider now, which sucks.”

TheWrap notes that Stern’s response included calling Williams a “cow” and a “broad-faced bitch.” He’s also quoted saying: “She just ruined my day. That’s why I put out a book, so she could knock me. Jealous bitch. You’ll never be me, Wendy. You’ll never be me. You can pretend to be me, you can pretend to be like me — but you’re not. You’re never gonna be me. You don’t have my wit and you don’t have my talent. That’s it, that’s the end of the story.”

The clip below from Williams’ show contains her initial comments on Stern, which begin at about the 20:53 mark …

  1. This clown stern is so past his time. A bozo of the first order, he should just go home and shut up.

  2. Yea, I agree. Every time he and Robbin open their mouths about the current state of affairs they show the entire listening audience just how uninformed and stupid they are.

  3. Williams spent most of her time complimenting Stern and his book (and telling her fans to buy it) and he repays her with vulgar profanity just because she called him a “Hollywood insider”? I guess he can say anything he wants about her but it was totally uncalled for. Almost all praise about him and his book and the words, “Hollywood insider” sets him off on a foul mouthed rage? Could it be because he doesn’t like anyone to tell the truth about him? I haven’t a clue but I just don’t understand his OVER-REACTION,.
