A traffic collision Wednesday landed several people in the hospital, including “Mad About You” star Helen Hunt. TMZ reports that Hunt was riding in the back of an SUV when it was hit by another car.

Video posted by TMZ, which you can see by clicking on the link above, shows the black SUV flipping onto its side.

TMZ reports that Hunt, who is currently working on a “Mad About You” reboot, was rushed to the hospital and was released a few hours later. The report cites Hunt’s rep saying the actress was shaken but suffered no major injuries.

“We’re told no one was cited for the crash, and drugs and alcohol are not suspected in the incident,” TMZ adds.

A number of other people were also taken to the hospital in connection with the incident, according to media reports.

Hunt is an Oscar winner for “As Good as It Gets” and a four-time Emmy winner for “Mad About You,” winning the trophy for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series four years in a row from 1996-1999 for her performance as Jamie Buchman.
