Honda’s ‘Comic’ Promo Preempted

When affiliates in markets including New York preempted the season finale of NBC’s “Last Comic Standing” to show football games, they also wiped out a special promotion the network sold to automaker Honda tied to the series, Advertising Age reports. NBC and Honda told the paper they were still pleased with the tie-in, despite the loss of viewers.
