NBC to ‘Chime In’ on Olympics

NBC will attempt to lure the viewing audience of the Olympics with a “Chime In” campaign reminding viewers that there’s programming on after the Games, Broadcasting & Cable reports. A 30-second spot featuring NBC stars will air at the top of the 8 p.m. hour of the Opening Ceremonies tonight, the newspaper says. The network also has created customized chimes for different shows, the newspaper notes.
