Although most TV series returned to lower significantly lower rating last week, some CBS shows walked away with major increases over last year’s premieres, USA Today reports. Some programs that saw ratings jumps over last year included “NCIS,” “Criminal Minds” and “How I Met Your Mother.” ABC, however, was the winner for the week with four of the top ten series, led by the return of “Dancing With the Stars,” the newspaper says.
