Geffen Leaving DreamWorks Behind

After his sudden departure from DreamWorks, David Geffen is looking to move out of the Hollywood spotlight, the New York Times reports. While Geffen will still serve as a chairman of DreamWorks Animation, he decided to step away from the company he founded with Steven Spielberg and Jeffrey Katzenberg after it severed ties with Paramount Pictures and hooked up with NBC Universal for distribution, the newspaper says.
