NBC and Warner Bros. are close to an agreement for John Wells’ new “Police” series while NBC will add three more episodes to the final season of “ER,” Daily Variety reports. NBC has been in talks with Warners about “Police” for weeks and may delay the debut of the series “Kings” if “ER” is extended, the trade paper says.
