Chris Rohrs, the president of the Television Bureau of Advertising, said in an interview with MediaPost he sees little signs television advertising will recover in the first half of 2009, although there may be some signs of improvement toward year-end with a rebound in 2010. He said he also expects the digital transition in February to be “bumpy.”
