Current “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Lil’ Kim dedicated her performance Monday night to her former fellow inmates at a federal detention center in Philadelphia, although they will not get a chance to vote for her, MSNBC.com reports. A public information officer at the facility said inmates there are not allowed to dial toll-free phone numbers and that the computers at the facility are not connected to live modems, the site says.
