G.E. said in a regulatory filing that it plans to buy at least $345 million in ads on NBC over the next five years once Comcast takes control of the NBC Univeral joint venture, reports The Hollywood Reporter.
The deal may take a year or more to close. The commitment includes $59 million a year for five years plus $50 million in ads for the 2012 Olympic.
