Some famous faces are coming home to prank the parents in Fox’s newest reality project, entitled "My Parents are Gonna Love You," the Hollywood Reporter reports.

Contestants will be bringing home their significant other for the first time, only for it to be a celebrity. And, the celebrity will act as obnoxious as possible. However, the longer the couple can keep the lie going, the more money they earn for the parents.

The show is close to a pilot pickup with Fox.

Jean Michel Michenaud and Chris Cowan will serve as executive producer, already helming "Joe Millionaire," "Temptation Island" and "My Big, Fat, Obnoxious Fiance" for Fox.

  1. On the surface, this sounds stupid. What is the motivation for the celebrity to keep the ruse going AND be obnoxious? If they back off the obnoxious factor, then the ruse will last longer.
This is a “one and done” series.

  2. I am not in fact positive if greatest tactics include emerged nearly things similar to that, but I am positive that your great work is obviously identified. I was wondering if you offer any registration near your RSS feeds as I would be extremely interested.
