The Tribune stations that will air the network include New York’s WPIX-TV and Tribune outlets in Miami, San Diego and St. Louis. This TV offers feature films and programs from MGM’s library. MGM also has an agreement with Nielsen to offer national ratings for This TV.

According to the article, internal numbers show that This TV’s  March 20th broadcast of the 1968 Clint Eastwood movie "Hang ‘Em High" drew 597,000 viewers, beating cable networks such as VH-1 and Travel Channel.
