NBC Universal has formalized and broadened its relationship with Donald Trump, the star of its long-running reality show "The Apprentice," signing a multi-year first-look deal with Trump Prods., reports Nellie Andreeva at Deadline.com.
Trump and Trump Prods. President Andy Litinsky will create, develop and executive produce projects in the scripted, unscripted, animated and syndicated realms for NBC Universal’s broadcast, cable and syndication units, the story notes.
Meanwhile, Trump Prods. and 44 Blue Prods. are developing a business-themed reality pilot for the CW called "Keep It in the Family," based on a BBC2 format, the article says.
