Fox’s Lady Gaga episode of "Glee," set to air April 26, will be bursting at the seams … to the extent that it will be 90 minutes long, reports TVLine.com. The show will be all about self-acceptance, as in the Lady’s song "Born This Way."

The episode, in fact, is called "Born This Way" and the song will be performed by the New Directions kids. Among the issues the characters will deal with are body issues, like big girl Lauren running for prom queen and Rachel contemplating plastic surgery.
