An attorney for Lindsay Lohan entered a no contest plea today on behalf of the actress in her jewelry theft case, and Lohan was sentenced to jail for a probation violation, the L.A. Times reported.

She did not receive additional jail time for the theft conviction, and it was unclear whether she would be allowed to serve her sentence for the probation violation at home or would have to serve it in jail. The sentence–120 days–apparently translates to about 14 days when good behavior and jail overcrowding are factored in.

She is reportedly required to report to Lynwood women’s jail on or before June 17.

L.A. Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner sentenced Lohan to three years’ probation and ordered her to attend shoplifting counseling, the Times reported. Lohan was not present in court.

The actress has also been ordered to perform 480 hours of community service.

TMZ.com reported that the L.A. County Probation Department submitted a probation report on Lohan that attributed Lohan’s problems to substance abuse, with the revelation that she reportedly failed an alcohol test on Feb. 8, 2011, about a month after she left rehab.

The probation report also alleges that Lohan is a serial shoplifter. "Defendant has been suspected of similar conduct in other jewelry stores,” the report states, according to TMZ. “As a result [the detective in the necklace case] recommends that the defendant … be ordered to serve at least six months in county jail."
