Lindsay Lohan celebrated her first night of freedom Wednesday after serving 35 days of house arrest in connection with that infamous necklace theft, People magazine reports. The actress went right back to her old habits, the story says, with a night out in Hollywood that included clubbing and, according to a source, drinking.
Lohan partied at Lexington Social House with a “posse” of about 10 friends, the story says, including actor Emile Hirsch and actress Lyndsy Fonseca.
Lohan remains on probation for her two 2007 DUI cases, but she is reportedly no longer forbidden to consume alcohol and no longer faces random drug and alcohol testing. She still has 480 hours of community service to perform, which is expected to take place at a women’s shelter and the L.A. County Morgue.
The actress is reportedly eager to get back to work, and has a major part lined up in “Gotti: In the Shadow of My Father,” which is set to start production later this year with Barry Levinson at the helm.
