With just one new episode left of AMC’s crime drama "The Killing," the first season of the program will be aired as a marathon on AMC’s sister network the Sundance Channel, reports the Akron Beacon Journal.

Sundance will air the first six episodes this Saturday, June 18, from 4-10 p.m. ET, and the subsequent six episodes on Sunday, June 19, from 4-10 p.m. ET.

"The Killing" is based on the award-winning Danish television show "Forbrydelsen." The series tells the story of the murder of a young girl in Seattle and the dogged police detectives who are attempting to solve the crime and discover "who killed Rosie Larsen?"

In addition to the Sundance marathon, episodes of "The Killing" are available for viewing on www.amctv.com. AMC announced earlier this week that "The Killing" will return next year for a second season.
