Amber Portwood, a young mother featured in MTV’s "Teen Mom" reality show, has been thrown back in jail after she was arrested for allegedly violating her probation, reports the New York Daily News.

The probation for Portwood, 21, is related to her conviction in June of assaulting her child’s father, the story notes. Portwood could end up with two years in jail if she’s convicted at a Jan. 13 hearing, according to Indiana’s Anderson Herald Bulletin.
