Media Spending Declines

Nielsen Media Research found that nine of the top 10 advertisers cut their media spending in the first quarter, contributing to a 0.6 percent decline in spending overall for the period. The chart below shows spending by the top 10 advertisers, in millions of dollars, in measured media.
