‘CSI,’ ‘House’ Among People’s Choice Awards Nominees

“CSI,” “House” and “Grey’s Anatomy” are among nominees for the 35th annual People’s Choice Awards, announced today.
The three shows will compete for favorite TV drama, while “Two and a Half Men,” “Ugly Betty” and “Samantha Who?” are nominated for favorite TV comedy.
Other nominees include “Gary Unmarried,” “Kath & Kim,” “Valentine” and “Worst Week” for favorite new TV comedy and Patrick Dempsey, Hugh Laurie and Charlie Sheen for favorite male TV star.
The new TV drama nominees are “90210,” “Crusoe,” “Easy Money,” “Eleventh Hour,” “Fringe,” “Knight Rider,” “Life on Mars,” “The Mentalist,” “My Own Worst Enemy” and “Privileged.”
Among the new categories are TV drama diva and scene-stealing guest star.
Fans can vote for their favorites at www.pcaVOTE.com beginning today, in addition to entering a contest for a chance to win two tickets to the awards ceremony.
The awards, which will be hosted by Queen Latifah, will air on CBS Jan. 7 from the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles.
