Ms. Ito holds doctorates in education and anthropology from Stanford University and is a research scientist at the University of Southern California’s Institute for Multimedia Literacy. She co-edited “Personal, Portable, Pedestrian: Mobile Phones in Japanese Life” and co-wrote “Networked Publics.”
During the Technology Luncheon, NAB will announce the winners of its Engineering Achievement Awards, honoring those who have made outstanding contributions and achievements in the world of broadcast engineering.
