The Nielsen Co. has acquired strategy consulting firm Cambridge Group.
Cambridge Group founder and CEO Rick Kash will report to Nielsen Co. Chairman-CEO David Calhoun.
Cambridge Group has helped Fortune 500 companies develop and implement growth strategies.
