The week ending May 18, the third full week of sweeps, found five talk shows up in the ratings, with six others holding steady, TVNewsday reports. Syndicated magazine shows also performed well, in particular “Entertainment Tonight,” which rose 17% during its May 12 coverage Jenna Bush’s wedding, the Web site says.
