Leichtman Research Group found that 34% of all U.S. households have at least one television set that will not work after the digital TV transition, Multichannel News reports. The company’s research also revealed that 84% of adults had heard of the DTV transition set to take place next February, but 30% of non-subscribers to a multichannel video service like cable or satellite believe it will have no impact on their TVs, the newspaper says.
