YES CEO Dolgin Outlines YES Success

YES Network CEO Tracy Dolgin told the Wall Street Journal the two main reasons why some regional sports networks like YES find success: Large market size and a popular franchise. As an independent cable network carrying some 130 New York Yankees baseball games every year, YES is one of the few regional sports networks to be successful, raking in an estimated $340.5 million in 2006, the paper reports.
