McCain Bails on CNN Appearance

Sen. John McCain canceled his Tuesday night appearance on CNN’s “Larry King Live” after a Monday night interview with his spokesman Tucker Bounds turned tense on the cable news network, the Wall Street Journal reports. Bounds was interviewed by Campbell Brown, who questioned the reasons behind McCain’s decision to select Alaska Governor Sarah Palin as his running mate. McCain spokeswoman Maria Comella said the cancellation was due to “a relentless refusal by certain on-air reporters to come to terms with John McCain’s selection,” the newspaper says.

Her questions asked seemed logical to me. What is all the flap about?
