Nielsen today officially launched its monthly syndicated reporting service for out-of-home video networks, MediaWeek reports. Nielsen On Location Media debuts having already signed a number of clients including Gas Station TV, the Hotel Networks and Arena Media Networks. Out-of-home video networks bring in $1.3 billion in advertising annually. It’s one of the fastest-growing media but has thus far lacked the standardized metrics needed for advertisers and agencies to properly value the medium.
