Marvel is gearing up for its new animated series “The Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes,” the Hollywood Reporter says. Marvel Animation is beginning production on the project, produced by Film Roman, and aims to have it ready for broadcast in 2011. The release will coincide with Marvel’s motion picture debuts of ‘The First Avenger: Captain America’ and ‘The Avengers,’ the Reporter says.
