The National Association of Broadcasters will open a hotline for people to phone in with their DTV-related questions, TVNewsday reports. The national hotline will address callers’ concerns regarding February’s analog shutoff as well as questions about the government’s converter-box voucher program, the site says. NAB estimates that as many as 5 million calls will come in to the hotline, given the feedback from various DTV-switch tests conducted since September, TVNewsday says.
